AI-optimized
for Rufus, Amazon's shopping assistant

A good product with a bad listing is still invisible.

Amazon's search results page shows 48 listings above the fold. The shopper sees your main image, your title, your rating, and your price — and they scroll past in under a second if none of them earn the click.

Even if they click, they're greeted by bullet points that read like a spec sheet, images that don't show scale or use, and A+ Content that looks like it was built in Microsoft Word. The product may be better than the competition, but the listing doesn't prove it.

And now there's Rufus — Amazon's AI shopping assistant that reads your listing and answers buyer questions. If your copy isn't structured for an AI to parse, Rufus can't recommend you, and you lose the fastest-growing discovery channel on Amazon.

We design listings that stop the scroll, answer the objection before it forms, and give Rufus everything it needs to recommend your product.

Every element of a listing that converts. No templates. No stock.

Main

Main Image

The image that appears in search results. It earns the click or it loses it — there is no middle ground. We design a main image that communicates what the product is and why it's different in the space of a thumbnail. Pure white background, hero-angle product shot, callout for the one feature that separates you. No clutter. One message.

5–7

Infographic Images

The images a shopper scrolls through before reading a word of copy. Each one carries one claim, proven visually.

  • Size and scale: the product next to a reference object.
  • Feature callouts: each highlighted with a label, not a paragraph.
  • Use case: the product in its real environment.
  • Comparison: your product vs. the category default.
  • Material / build quality: detail shots that earn trust.
2–3

Lifestyle Images

The product in context: in a home, on a person, in the moment it was designed for. Lifestyle images sell the outcome, not the object.

A+

A+ Content (Premium)

Amazon's enhanced brand content module — the scrollable section below the fold that separates professional brands from amateurs. We design a complete A+ module: comparison charts, branded headers, feature modules, lifestyle banners, and a brand story block. Built to the technical spec Amazon enforces, with copy that sells instead of describing.

Copy

Bullet Points & Description

Copy optimized for two readers: the human shopper and Amazon's AI.

  • Bullet points: 5 bullets. Each one answers an objection before it forms. No feature vomit. No keyword stuffing that reads like a robot.
  • Product description: written for readability first, keyword density second. Structured so Rufus can parse every claim, every use case, and every differentiator — and surface them when a shopper asks.
SEO

Keyword Research & Backend Terms

We research the search terms driving volume in your category, map them to search intent (research vs. buy), and embed them in your listing where they work — title, bullets, backend fields, and A+ alt text — without ever making the copy sound like a keyword dump.

Store

Brand Store Mini

A simple 3-tile brand store page so shoppers who click your brand name see a polished destination instead of a bare product grid.

What a listing redesign actually changes.

Example 1: Kitchen Gadget

Before

Generic main image (product on white, no callout). Bullet points: spec-heavy, no benefit language. No A+ Content. 12% conversion rate.

After

Main image with hero angle + key differentiator callout. Infographics showing size comparison and material detail. Full A+ module with comparison chart.

Conversion rate: 18% (+50%)

Example 2: Home Organization Product

Before

Main image with cluttered background. Only 3 images total. Bullet points read: "Dimensions: 12 x 8 x 4 inches. Material: plastic." A+ Content: one text-heavy module.

After

Clean main image on white. 7 infographics: scale, use case, build quality, storage capacity, comparison vs. alternatives. Bullet points re-written to answer objections. Full A+ with lifestyle banners.

30-day conversion lift: +42%

Example 3: Pet Product

Before

No A+ Content. Images: product-only, no context. Title: keyword-stuffed, unreadable.

After

Main image: product + pet in use. Infographics: size guide, material safety, ease of cleaning. A+ module: feature breakdown + brand story. Keyword restructuring for Rufus compatibility.

Organic ranking: 4 new page-1 positions within 60 days

Three types of sellers we design listings for.

You're launching a new product

…and need a listing that performs from day one — not something you'll redesign in three months when the conversion rate disappoints.

You're already selling

…and the listing "works" — but you know it could work harder. Your conversion rate is below category average. Your images don't communicate what the product actually does. You've never built A+ Content.

You're taking over a brand

…and the listings look like they were built in 2018. Time for a redesign that matches what Amazon shoppers expect today.

Three weeks. Two rounds of revisions. One listing that converts.

Brief & Audit

We audit your current listing (or your competitor's), review your product, and agree on the creative direction: the differentiator we'll lead with, the objections we'll answer, the visual style. You fill one short brief. We handle the rest.

Design & Copy

Our designer builds the main image, infographics, lifestyle images, and A+ Content. Our copywriter builds the title, bullets, description, and backend keywords. Both are reviewed together — the image and the word need to work as one argument, not two.

Revision & Delivery

You review everything. Two rounds of revision are included. We don't stop until you're ready to publish. Final delivery: all image files in Amazon's required formats, all copy in a structured document, keyword list with search volumes, and a 15-minute walkthrough call if you want it.

Quoted per project. Built to your listing's needs.

A 3-variation product in a visual category (jewelry, home decor) is a different scope than a single-SKU commodity with minimal A+ requirements. We scope on the call and give you a fixed price. No surprises. No template pricing.

Listing design questions

How long does a full listing redesign take?
Typically 3 weeks from brief to final delivery. Rush timelines are possible — ask on the call.
Do I need A+ Content?
If you're Brand Registered: yes, and urgently. A+ Content is the section where Amazon shoppers decide between two similar products. Without it, you're invisible below the fold. If you're not Brand Registered yet, we can still build the images and copy — and have the A+ ready for when you are.
What's Rufus optimization and why does it matter?
Rufus is Amazon's AI shopping assistant, built into the app and search results. It reads your listing and answers buyer questions. If your copy isn't structured for AI to parse — clear claims, organized sections, searchable backend terms — Rufus can't surface your product in its recommendations. We write for Rufus the same way we write for Google: structured, specific, and honest.
Can I keep my current images and just get new copy?
Yes, but we'll tell you if the images are holding the listing back. The main image is the single highest-leverage asset on Amazon — if it's not earning the click, the best copy in the world can't save the listing.
What if I want to run our own images through you for review?
We offer a listing audit as a lighter service: we review your current listing against the category leaders and give you a prioritized list of what to fix, in order. Ask on the call.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds are included. Most listings are signed off after round one. If we need a third, we'll talk about scope — but it hasn't happened yet.

Your product deserves a listing that sells it.

We've designed listings for 50+ Amazon products. Some were launches from zero. Some were redesigns that doubled conversion. All of them share one thing: the listing proves the product is worth buying, instead of hoping the shopper figures it out.
